Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what information Ajuste Sports collects through this website, why we collect it and how you can contact us about it.
Information you send us
When you request a quote or send a design from the kit designer, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company or team, country, product, quantity, delivery date, project notes and team roster, plus any logo or design files you upload and an image of the uniform you designed.
These details are sent to us by email so we can prepare your mockup and quote. Uploaded files are attached to that email and then deleted from the website server.
How we use it
- To prepare and send your design mockup and quotation.
- To reply to your questions and manage your order.
- To keep records of orders and business communication.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers we need to run our business, such as our email and hosting providers and shipping companies for your order.
Kit designer
The kit designer saves your current design in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. This stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you send the design with a quote request. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
Analytics and chat
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed. Google may set cookies for this. If you use the live chat, your messages are stored so we can reply. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and order emails for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and legal record-keeping needs.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email ajustesports@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we can.
